Mr. Hamed Yaqoob Sheikh is the Federal Secretary of the Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination (NHSR&C), Government of Pakistan, where he provides strategic leadership for national health policy, regulation, and oversight. As a senior Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS) officer, he brings extensive experience in public administration and policy implementation, having held key leadership roles across federal and provincial departments. In his current role, Mr. Sheikh is instrumental in advancing major health initiatives, including the development and implementation of national health policies such as the National Blood Transfusion Policy and efforts to strengthen preventive and regulatory health frameworks across the country.
