Introduction

Robotic surgery is transforming modern surgical practice by combining advanced technology with enhanced precision, control, and minimally invasive surgical techniques. The Robotic Surgery Training workshop at FHCC 2026 is designed to provide participants with hands-on exposure to robotic surgery through console training, wet and dry labs, live procedures, and expert-led discussions. The workshop will combine practical learning with interaction with experienced robotic, laparoscopic, bariatric, and vascular surgeons, helping participants strengthen their understanding of advanced robotic surgical practice and programme development.

The workshop aims to provide an immersive learning experience that introduces participants to key components of robotic surgical practice while offering practical exposure to robotic surgery training.
