- Continuing education credits are offered for CME. You are required to register for the meeting and to apply for CME credits. You do not pay a separate fee.
- Workshops, receptions, dinners, cultural nights, gala dinners, and networking opportunities. Additional fees may apply.
- Participants must complete payment to confirm registration.
- 4-Start Accommodation is included only in the Executive Package.
- All other categories are responsible for their own accommodation except for those fill accommodation applications.
- However, if conference recommended hotels are availed, special discounted rates will be offered
