These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in FHCC 2026.

By registering for or attending the conference, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. These are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and productive environment for all.

1. Code of Conduct

1.1. Respectful Behavior

All participants are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and treat all attendees, speakers, staff, and volunteers with respect, dignity, and courtesy at all times.

1.2. Lawful Conduct

All attendees must comply with the laws of Pakistan, local government regulations, and any rules set forth by the venue.

1.3. Prohibited Activities

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination of any kind
• Disruptive behavior or excessive noise
• Inappropriate use of language, gestures, or content
• Damage to property or theft
• Distribution of offensive, political, or religious material

1.4. Compliance with Venue Rules

Participants must follow all Islamabad venue policies, including security checks, seating arrangements, and designated access areas.

2. Registration and Payment

2.1. Registration Process

• All participants must complete the official registration form via the FHCC2025 website.
• Required information must be accurate and complete.
• Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

2.2. Payment Methods and Deadlines

• Accepted methods: Credit/debit card, bank transfer, or approved institutional payments.
• All payments must be received by the deadline specified on the website.
• Late registrations may be subject to additional fees or denied access.

2.3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Full refund (minus admin charges) for cancellations made on or before September 30, 2026.
• 50% refund for cancellations between October 1 and October 20, 2026.
• No refunds for cancellations after October 20, 2026 or for no-shows.
• Requests must be submitted in writing to registration@fhcc2026.com

3. Conference Attendance

3.1. Badge Requirement

• All attendees must wear their official FHCC 2026 badge at all times within the venue.
• Lost badges must be reported immediately. A replacement fee may apply.

3.2. Restricted Areas

• Access to areas such as backstage, staff zones, and VIP lounges is limited to authorized personnel.
• Unauthorized access may result in removal from the conference.

3.3. Recording and Photography

• Photography or recording of sessions is not allowed unless approved by organizers.
• Official photographers and videographers will document the event.
• Participants who prefer not to be recorded must notify the organizers in advance.

3.4. Personal Property

• FHCC 2026 organizers are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
• Participants are encouraged to safeguard their belongings at all times.

3.5. Liability

• The organizers shall not be liable for any personal injury, illness, or property damage incurred during participation.
• Participation is at the individual’s own risk.

4. Other Important Considerations

4.1. Insurance

• Attendees are strongly advised to have appropriate travel, health, and accident insurance.
• The organizers do not provide insurance coverage for participants.

4.2. Special Needs

• Participants requiring accessibility services, dietary accommodations, or any special assistance should inform the organizing team at least two weeks before the event.

4.3. Intellectual Property

• All materials, slides, and presentations are the property of their respective authors or presenters.
• Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited.

4.4. Data Protection

• Personal information collected during registration will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Data will be used only for conference purposes unless explicit consent is given.

5. Termination of Participation

5.1. Breach of Terms

• FHCC2026 reserves the right to deny, suspend, or revoke access to any individual who violates these Terms and Conditions.
• No refund will be provided in such cases.

5.2. Safety and Security

• If a participant poses a safety risk to others or themselves, the organizers may take necessary action, including removal from the venue or contacting authorities.
